UK Shipping Standard Delivery - £3.95 or free over £40
We currently use Royal Mail and unless stipulated/requested (POA) we will use the 2nd Class signed for service. We will let you know when your order is dispatched (usually the next working day as long as order placed before 5pm). Please allow 2-3 working days from date of posting for delivery.
We offer free standard UK delivery for orders £40 and over
*The cost of standard delivery may vary for items fulfilled by our Boutique Buddies. Prices will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are between 8am-6pm, within 5 working days of your order being placed. Please note orders fulfilled by our Boutique Buddies may take up to 5 days to arrive.
Orders over £40 are FREE however if you want express delivery then please pay the express delivery charge stated below. Orders must be placed before 5pm in order to be guaranteed next day postage
Please be aware that delivery may take a little longer to these areas: The Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the following postcodes: AB, BT, DD, EH, GY, JE, FK, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, TR, ZE.
Tracked International Delivery
Standard Service (Royal Mail or Hermes) £15 (Please allow 5-7 days for delivery)
Rest of the World
Tracked and Signed International Delivery: £15 (minimum order value £25)
Please note that orders sent out of the EU may be subject to additional taxes and possible delays upon reaching the destination country's Customs which are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods
Beehaviour Buddies and our partners reserve the right to cancel an order if for some reason the order cannot be fulfilled.
We are confident you won’t experience any loss in service when an item is sent directly from our partners – but if you do please contact us immediately
Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you wish to make a return of any products they must be:
- In packaging/condition that you received them
*Some goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as bath bombs cannot be returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
*Please note that items fulfilled by any of our partner Boutique buddies can only be returned direct to their address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed and shows on your statement. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately sale items can only be refunded if they are damaged or faulty.
We will only exchange damaged or faulty goods or clothing that is the wrong size. Send us an email at and we will send you a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over £50 you should consider using a trackable service to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
